ABOUT US
We have the largest and most modern aquaculture processing plant in all of Argentina
Idris
HISTORY
Idris began its operations in 2005 with the aim of producing fish of the highest nutritional quality.
We are located in the Piedra del Aguila Reservoir, in the province of Neuquén, at the gateway to Patagonia.
Our operations are located in the location known as Comahue, a typical area of the Patagonian steppe, with a low level of population density.
Hydrologically, Piedra del Águila is the second largest artificial reservoir of the Limay River in terms of volume: 12,600 hm3 in 100 kilometers of extension. The Limay River basin is one of the most important in Patagonia in terms of water flow and quality, coming directly from the melting ice of the Andes mountains.
