PRODUCTION

During 2023 we triplicated our production and began the filleting process in our Piedra del Aguila plant

TROUT FARMING

We cover all stages of cultivation and added value, we start the production cycle in a highly sophisticated incubation center with water recirculation (RAS) using water from the Santo Tomás spring, a recognized source of mineral water of great purity and quality, so we can say with pride that we produce fingerlings in mineral water.

Then they are transferred to open flow land farming units to finish the fattening cycle until harvest in our fattening modules in the Piedra del Águila Reservoir.

Finally, and only 1,800 meters away from the reservoir, is the processing plant which, given its proximity, allows for a very high quality final product to be obtained.

PROCESSING PLANT

Our modern processing plant, recently expanded, has a processing capacity of over 5,000 tons per year, which are mainly exported to the United States and Japan.

In addition, our privileged geographical location allows us to produce trout throughout the year in the best environment, being raised under the highest quality standards and conditions that allow us full traceability of our products once they are shipped to their destination.

During our production process we maintain strict internal controls of quality parameters, care for the environment and respect for our collaborators.
